Heard Elementary STEM Academy holds an annual STEAM Night every third Thursday in February. This annual event has been held since its inception in 2014 and has grown exponentially. STEAM Nights collectively bring local business representatives (Home Depot, Gulfstream, Society of Women’s Engineering, South University, and Great Dane to name a few) who bring their products to showcase and demonstrate to our entire school and community. We invite you to visit Clark Creek Elementary STEM Academy. Our STEM journey began seven years ago. In 2015, Clark Creek became State STEM Certified through the GADOE. Primarily, our students experience the Engineering Design Process integrated throughout all subject areas. Additionally, our students regularly visit the Odyssey Lab (Technology and Engineering), Discovery Lab (Science), Innovation Lab (iPads). Your tour will last about three hours.
