Heard Elementary STEM Academy holds an annual STEAM Night every third Thursday in February. This annual event has been held since its inception in 2014 and has grown exponentially.     Atlanta Science Festival, presented by Delta Air Lines, is a celebration of local science and technology, featuring more than 100 events throughout metro Atlanta March 9-23, 2019. Festival events feature hands-on activities, tours, tastings, and performances from more than 100 partner organizations, including schools, post-secondary institutions, museums, businesses, civic and community groups. Great Georgia Pollinator Census

This citizen science project will help scientists collect data on Georgia pollinator populations. On August 23rd and 24th Georgians across the state will identify and count pollinators. Counts will be easily uploaded to a website. This initiative is designed for educators to do with their classes.
